On 31 July 2014, a series of gas explosions occurred in the Cianjhen and Lingya districts of Kaohsiung, Taiwan. This Accident caused people to pay attention to public safety of underground pipeline. The Environmental Protection Bureau Kaohsiung City Government responded this issue that promoted The Industrial and Energy Pipeline Management System Construction.
